Eugene Lee serves as an active participant in overseeing daily operations, new construction, value add project management, financial analysis and consulting in support of his team. A fully licensed and permitted real estate professional, Eugene has studied and worked both at home and abroad during the course of his career, settling in Reno over a decade ago to be a part of Northern Nevada’s growth. Through Prime Management, Eugene brings a host of high-profile new construction, re-purposing, value add and stabilized asset experience; over seeing hundreds of thousands of square feet of multifamily and mixed used real estate over the years. A recipient of multiple awards and designations, he has learned to use both institutional thinking, coupled with creativity, while navigating changing environments.

An avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast, Eugene loves spending time with his growing family and spends most vacations and weekends outdoors.
