Prime Management is continuously looking for great candidates in all departments:

Property Manager

Property Managers are certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM). The manager works with the association, Board of Directors and/or the developer to manage and operate the community. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills are required. Property Managers may have varied backgrounds that may include knowledge of financial statements, budgets, resident services, maintenance services, construction, real estate, mechanical engineering, hospitality, etc. For more information about the CAM License go to www.sunbiz.org or call the Department of Business and Professional Regulations in Tallahassee at 850-487-1239.

Administrative Assistant/Call Center

Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, listening, and time management skills. Initiates work orders for work to performed, i.e. street lights out, leaks in home, landscaping issues. Provides forms for architectural modifications to homeowners. Demonstrates flexibility and has the ability to work on multiple tasks. Maintains daily log, records and forms. Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.

Association Bookkeeper

Prepare bank reconciliation's, journal entries, and distribute monthly financial statements. Update work paper schedules to coincide with general ledger balances, review accounts receivable & answer accounting questions from Association Boards.

Accounts Payable

Review and enter invoices, print reports including the check registers and cash management reports. Communicate with Vendors, research invoice payment issues, make deposits, prepare recurring expenses for timely payment, maintain vendor files in system, prepare folders for filing and prepare 1099 documents for vendors.

A/R Legal and Research

Respond to requests for research, assess late fees, prepare collection packages, post legal checks and charges, process all refunds requested, research inquiries and/or account, provide assistance to Property Manager on A/R issues, respond to Homeowners queries.

Maintenance

The maintenance staff handles the work related to the daily operation of the community. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical repairs is a must. Schedules vary according to the needs of the community.

Janitorial

Positions may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community, outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mixture of both. Schedules vary according to the needs of the community.

Landscape

Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways, clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition. May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment. Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment. Must have experience using hand held tools such as weed cutter, push lawn mower, hedge trimmer, edger, leaf vacuum, blower and others.
