At Prime Management, our goal is to forge a close working relationship with each Association, keeping in mind the unique requirements of every community. Our property managers are equipped with the essential tools necessary to access community and resident information, allowing them to organize, initiate action and track the status of all ongoing property issues.
Additionally we offer Prime Connect,a technology system that allows 24/7 access to frequently updated and extensive information about each community. It is integrated with a Community website, providing an excellent means of communication and information for Boards, residents and management. In addition, we have several innovative means of communicating such as "Resident Alert" which allows us to instantly place a computerized phone call to everyone within an Association. Our "Mass Communication Tool" can contact as many or as few individuals as needed, via email or standard letter.
