A Message from the President/CEO

Prime has seen many changes during the past several years, making it possible for us to better serve our clients. We continue to endeavor to surpass our goal of providing the highest level of service. This is accomplished through the hard work of our dedicated team and the partnerships formed with our Boards.

The value and security of your home or condominium is our priority and our depth of knowledge will play a vital role in helping us to maintain the appearance and beauty of your community. The communities of distinction that we manage have placed their confidence in Prime Management, knowing that we will protect their investment with our personal approach to management combined with our unique and state-of-the-art services. The quality and range of services we offer are unparalleled in the industry and our reputation provides us with access to a wealth of resources that can provide valuable, cost effective solutions for the operation of your Association.

At Prime Management, our goal is to forge a close working relationship with each Association, keeping in mind the unique requirements of every community. Whether a smaller community requiring several hours per week of management and accounting services or a large community with an onsite office needing a fulltime Manager and complete staff we can provide a suitable team.

We understand that the two most important factors of property management are information and communication. Our property managers are equipped with the essential tools necessary to access community and resident information, allowing them to organize, initiate action and track the status of all ongoing property issues.

Additionally we offer Prime Connect,a technology system that allows 24/7 access to frequently updated and extensive information about each community. It is integrated with a Community website, providing an excellent means of communication and information for Boards, residents and management. In addition, we have several innovative means of communicating such as "Resident Alert" which allows us to instantly place a computerized phone call to everyone within an Association. Our "Mass Communication Tool" can contact as many or as few individuals as needed, via email or standard letter.

We take pride in the values and ethics that drive our company to provide an exceptional quality of management services but more importantly we provide an opportunity for growth for our employees. We are proud of the fact that more then 25% of our employees have been with Prime between 5 and 19 years and have grown with us! We also believe in giving back to the community where we live and work, from building a new athletic field for a local high school to providing office space for a non- profit organization.
