Mr. Swatt has been in the business of providing services to community associations in South Florida since 1973, when he co-founded Encore Service Systems, Inc., now known as Service America. Encore grew to become the largest provider of home warranty services for air conditioning systems, major appliances, plumbing and electric in South Florida, as well as providing property management services to homeowners and condominium associations.Mike founded Prime Management Group, Inc., in 1987 together with Ronald Raible who retired in 1996. Mike was Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President from the inception of Prime until 2003 and remains Chairman.

Mr. Sollins has been in the service industry for eighteen years. Upon graduation from the University of Maryland in 1982, he founded American Pool Service in suburban Washington, DC. American Pool Enterprises is now the largest provider of swimming pool management, maintenance and construction services in North America, with operations in 12 states and Canada. In February, 2002, Chip became Chief Executive Officer of Prime Management Group, Inc. With his vast experience and vision for the future, he is leading Prime Management into the 21st century. In addition to his responsibilities at Prime, Chip is also the President of the Community Association Management Division of FirstService Corporation.
Although Chip grew up in Baltimore , attended school in Maryland and lived in the Baltimore area until 3 years ago he and his family are now happy to call Boca Raton their home.

Property management has always been in Andrew Lester's blood. His father owned a residential property management firm in Southern Ontario, and he was always called upon to be the fill-in property manager. Andrew has been an employee of FirstService corporation since 1989 and has been with FirstService's Community Association Management Division as the Vice President of Operations since 1998. In 2003, Andrew joined Prime Management as Senior Vice President relocating his family down from Canada. Since joining Prime, Andrew has been heavily involved in implementing new procedures and systems to enable the delivery of Prime Services. He oversees many of the day to day operations at Prime and is very involved in supporting the Property Managers and Prime staff ensuring high customer service to our clients.

John W. Tague III has been working with First Service for more then 8 years. After 6 years active duty in the United States Marine Corps Mr. Tague joined the swimming pool industry in 1990 and in 1997 he began his relationship with the First Service Company in the Washington D.C. area at American Pool Enterprises. After leading a successful swimming pool management and service operation at American Pool in Philadelphia for the last 5 years he made the move back to his home state of Florida in the summer of 2005. Mr. Tague is Sr. Vice President at our Jupiter office and is looking forward to great growth.

Ron Capitena, Sr. Vice President, began his career in the property management business in 1985. Ron's background in property management is diverse, providing him with an extensive working knowledge of all phases of the property management business, not only the management and administration of associations, but also the landscaping, irrigation, maintenance, and all the other various needs of associations. While working for a large developer he created all of the association budgets for new communities from start up to turnover as well as developing RFP's for all aspects of maintenance for the communities and hiring all personnel to run the large clubhouse community centers . Ron recently joined Prime and his experience and expertise will be a great addition to our Executive team.

Mr. Bernstein has been in the service and management business sector in South Florida since 1971. At that time, he managed one of South Florida's largest television and appliance warranty service companies, providing service from Orlando to North Miami. In 1989, Arnie joined Prime Management Group, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Property Management, he provides training, education, and support to Prime's property managers and their associations.

Wendy Lang has worked in client services in South Florida since 1978. Her experience includes insurance & risk management, financial services, information technology and an extensive accounting background. In addition to completing a variety of accounting and business management curriculums she also has hands on experience in mergers and acquisitions, and company transitions. Wendy joined Prime in June 2002 after serving a national insurance broker and it's predecessor companies as CFO & Comptroller for more than 20 years.

Sheri Scarborough, a veteran property management professional and long-time president of the West Boca Community Council, is Vice President of Business Development.
Ms. Scarborough has more than 25 years of experience in property management. She began her career in property management in 1980 while working for a large commercial real estate management company in South Florida and started her own Management company in 1991.
As five-year president of the not-for-profit West Boca Community Council, an influential coalition of 115 member associations representing 125,000 units, she has played a key role in legislative issues including the Federal natural disaster insurance bill introduced by U.S. Congressman Ron Klein.

Kathy Lewis has been with Prime Management since the inception, January of 1988, starting out with Mike Swatt. She has been Senior Property Manager for Century Village West in Boca Raton which has 16 Associations and 5712 units as well as setting up and transitioning new properties as Prime has taken over the Management responsibilities. Kathy's experience in running a Condominium Association and her knowledge of Florida State Statutes is essential in her role as a Senior Manager.

Glenn Robinov has been with Prime Management since 1999. A graduate of Syracuse University, Glenn worked as a Sr. Property Manager in Westchester County, N.Y. for 11 years prior to moving to Florida. Since coming to Prime, Glenn has managed three of the more upscale communities in South Florida, starting out at Valencia Lakes in Boynton Beach., then spending 5 years as the General Manager for Toscana, a luxury ocean-front Hi-Rise Condo complex in Highland Beach. More recently, Glenn was named as the Manager at Valencia Shores Master Association, in Lake Worth, one of the largest new H.O.A.`s in Palm Beach, and which was named as one of the country`s 10 most luxurious retirement communities in a recent Forbes Magazine article.

Tia El-Maayergy started her career at Prime Management in August 1995. Tia graduated from San Francisco State University with a business degree in 1993 and moved to South Florida to pursue a career in business administration and client services. She began her tenure at Prime in the Customer Service Department and has continued to grow in both position and responsibilities since inception. As Prime's Director of Administrative Services, Tia oversees the Purchasing Department and is the company Insurance Coordinator including Workers' Compensation administration. In addition, she has primary responsibility for the company facilities, vehicles & equipment. Further, she is the leader in Risk Management, Vehicle Safety including Defensive Driving and Employee Safety and Drug Free Workplace programs. Tia recently began developing specialized training programs for the Janitorial Department and will implement in the coming year a similar program for the
Maintenance Department. Tia, in her diversified position is a valued asset to our organization's Management and Executive Team.

Debbie Schwager has been with Prime Management since February of 2005. She graduated from Florida International University, Miami, Florida with a BA in Hospitality Management. Debbie, a native Floridian, has been in the property management industry since 2002. Since joining Prime, Debbie has been responsible for managing properties in Palm Beach County including Mizner's Preserve located in Delray Beach and the Master Association for Boca Golf & Tennis. In 2006, Debbie was the recipient of Prime's President's award as well as being promoted from Property Manager to Senior Manager.

Michele Bilawsky has been an innovator in the business of customer service since graduating from The University of Hartford in 1992. She spent more than thirteen years in retail management with Lord & Taylor and Bloomingdales, in New Jersey and in southeast Florida. She quickly adapted to the world of association management after joining Prime in 2005. She manages properties in such exclusive communities as Broken Sound and Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, as well as the Coco Plum development in Lake Worth. Her commitment to excellence in the field of property management is demonstrated by her attaining the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and ASM (Association Specialist Manager) certifications. Her commitment continues into the future as she has set her sights on achieving PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) certification over the next couple of years.
